These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tip For A Site website and services operated by Taro Lab Corp ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Tip For A Site provides free website design and development services for small businesses. Websites are built at no upfront cost. Upon delivery, clients may leave a voluntary donation (tip) of any amount.

The Donation Model

• Website design and development is provided free of charge
• Donations are entirely voluntary and never required
• Your website will be delivered and go live regardless of whether a donation is made
• Donation amounts are at your sole discretion
• Donations are non-refundable once processed

Website Ownership & Hosting

• You retain ownership of all content you provide (logos, text, images)
• We retain ownership of the website code and design
• We provide free hosting for your website on our infrastructure
• We reserve the right to discontinue free hosting with 30 days notice
• You may request your website files at any time to self-host

Revisions

Each free website includes one round of revisions after initial delivery. Additional revisions and ongoing updates are available through our managed service plans starting at $49/month.

Managed Service Plans

Optional paid plans provide ongoing website updates, AI automation features, and priority support. Plan details and pricing are presented separately. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information in the form
• Ensure you have rights to any content you upload (logos, images, text)
• Respond to communications about your website project in a timely manner
• Purchase and manage your own domain name if you want a custom URL

Acceptable Use

We reserve the right to decline or remove websites that contain:

• Illegal content or promote illegal activities
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Taro Lab Corp / Tip For A Site, you agree to the following terms:

• Taro Lab Corp offers two types of SMS messaging programs: (1) transactional messages related to your website project, and (2) optional promotional/marketing messages about our services and AI automation.
• You may receive text messages regarding project updates, delivery notifications, revision requests, and other service-related communications.
• If you separately opt in to promotional messaging, you may also receive tips, offers, and information about AI automation services.
• Message frequency varies. For transactional messages, frequency depends on your project status. For promotional messages, you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Taro Lab Corp is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our number. After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at nicholas@withlore.co.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your project activity and, if opted in, promotional updates. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless carrier.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." Taro Lab Corp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or websites we build. Our total liability is limited to the amount of any donation you have made.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
